Woman Allegedly Gang-Raped in Faisalabad, Police Launch Investigation

A harrowing incident has been reported in Faisalabad, where a woman was allegedly gang-raped in front of her husband by armed assailants. The attack took place near Sandal Bar in the vicinity of Motorway Bridge 62 JB Channan on March 25, as the couple was returning home on a motorcycle.
According to the police report, two armed men intercepted the couple, robbing them of cash and valuables before tying the husband in a nearby sugarcane field. The suspects then called a third accomplice, and all three allegedly assaulted the woman before fleeing the scene.
Law enforcement agencies have registered a case and initiated an investigation. The victim has undergone a medical examination, with DNA samples sent for forensic testing. Officials have also employed geofencing technology to trace the suspects, leading to the detention of three individuals for questioning.
