Tragic Clash in Kohat Claims Five Lives, Including Three Women

KOHAT: A long-standing property dispute between two groups in the outskirts of Kohat escalated into a violent confrontation, resulting in the deaths of five individuals, including three women. The incident, which occurred when the two groups encountered each other, quickly turned into a firefight, leaving several others injured.

According to sources, tensions between the two parties had been brewing for a long time due to the property disagreement. Upon spotting each other, both sides opened fire, leading to the fatality of five individuals. Eight others, including four women, were also injured during the exchange of gunfire and are currently receiving medical treatment at the hospital.

The police have transported the bodies to the hospital for formalities, while the injured victims are being treated for their injuries.

This tragic event follows another devastating domestic incident from earlier last month, where a mother, after a heated dispute, poisoned her three children. The heartbreaking act resulted in the death of her seven-year-old daughter, while her two sons remain in critical condition, fighting for their lives.

Authorities are working to investigate both incidents thoroughly, as such violence continues to tear apart families and communities.
